Travel Medicine
As a certified travel medicine practitioner, I offer pre-travel consultations, vaccinations, and health advice to ensure your well-being during international travel.
Deprescribing
This involves evaluating and managing a patient's medication regimen, particularly reducing or stopping medications that may no longer be necessary or beneficial, to minimize the risk of medication-related side effects.
Mental Health
I have expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and plan to expand my practice to include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems therapy (IFS), and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) to provide a wide range of mental health support.
Dermoscopy & Skin Screening Exams

Dermoscopy
I am currently advancing my skills in dermoscopy, a non-invasive method used to examine skin lesions. This includes completing a Professional Certificate, Advanced Certificate, and Professional Diploma of Dermoscopy, enhancing our diagnostic capabilities for skin conditions.
This three-part program is recognized by the International Dermoscopy Society; accredited by Australian College of Rural and Remote Medicine; and affiliated with the Medical University of Vienna, Medical University of Lyon, and National Skin Cancer Centres in Australia.
Ultrasound for Primary Care
Plans are underway to incorporate ultrasound diagnostics into our practice, providing on-site imaging to aid in prompt and accurate diagnosis. This training is likely to be undertaken through the Canadian Point of Care Ultrasound Society (CPoCUS).
Leadership and Management Development
In partnership with the Family Practice Services Committee (FPSC), Ministry of Health, and Doctors of BC (DoBC), I am participating in a Leadership and Management Development Program to further enhance the quality of healthcare leadership and management within our practice.
